The Hopewell Valley Arts Council, which sponsored the “Hopewell Valley Stampede,” is offering a series of arts workshops for children and adults, taught by professional teaching artists.
In Hopewell, the workshops will be at Hopewell Presbyterian Church. In Pennington, they will be at the Pennington Presbyterian Church.
July 31 will be wet felt artwork with Sue Mitrano in Hopewell from 2 to 5 p.m.
Aug. 1 will be printmaking inspired by nature with Ms. Mitrano in Hopewell from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.; plein air outdoor painting with Margareta Warlick in Pennington from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.; and exploring fibers with Ms. Warlick in Pennington from 2 to 3:30 p.m.
Aug. 3 will be “Create Your Own Superhero” with Matthew Langille in Pennington from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30p.m.
Aug. 4 will be “Repurpose It!” with Mr. Langille in Pennington from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
