A 36-year-old township resident was trapped beneath a Plymouth Voyager after a jack malfunctioned yesterday afternoon.
East Windsor Police were able to extricate Adrian Guaman, who was unresponsive and having labored breathing, at 1:12 p.m. The incident occurred in the Windsor Castle Apartments Building H parking lot.
Mr. Guaman was transported to Capital Health Regional Medical Center in Trenton for injuries sustained in the incident. Police said he had been working underneath the minivan when the jack malfunctioned.
East Windsor Volunteer Fire Co. 1, East Windsor Volunteer Fire Co. 2, Hightstown Fire Co., Cranbury Rescue Squad and Capital Health EMS responded to the incident.
