All roles are open.
“Violet” will be produced by the Pennington Players. The producer is Jennifer Gregg with direction by Frank Ferrara, musical direction by Shannon Ferrara and Michael Gilch, choreography by Nicole Farina-Machin and stage management by Vianna Fagel.
Rehearsals are expected to begin in early September and run three to four times per week until the show’s opening.
A total of 11 actors — five female and six male — are sought.
In general, adult actors, age 16 and older, of any age will be considered, however, younger female actors will be considered for the role of Young Vi.
The cast does not include a traditional ensemble; the small group of non-principal actors will play a very large number of key roles.
