For those who have thought about writing a memoir and think there are interesting things about their lives their families would like to know, Audrey Kennelly, a sophomore at Hopewell Valley Central High School, will be offering at no cost assistance with creating a memoir this summer.
Schedule a time to be interviewed, then Audrey will put it together with pictures. Each participant will receive copies of the memoir to share and distribute with family and friends.

Hopewell Valley Seniors Connect, an Internet-based class for older adults is on hold while the group looks for a new instructor.
The mahjongg group meets at the center meets weekly Thursdays from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. New players are welcome. Registration is encouraged for first-time players by calling 737-0605, ext. 692.
The folding of the monthly senior newsletter is now the third Monday of the month from 1 to 2:30 p.m. at the Hopewell Valley Senior Center, 395 Reading St. in Pennington.
Help prepare the “Senior Spirit” for mailing with a group of volunteers. No registration is required. Refreshments are served.

Are you a Hopewell Valley resident who does not drive, but would like to go to one of the area grocery stores on a weekly basis?
Hopewell Valley Senior Services is working with Mercer County TRADE Transportation to determine interest for a weekly trip to a grocery store. This is available to residents 60 and over or adults with disabilities. Transportation will be provided by TRADE and will be wheelchair accessible.
A minimum number of people are necessary to set up a route. To register, call Hopewell Valley Senior Services at 737-0605, ext. 692. 
