Victor A. Quituisaca, 19, of East Windsor, was arrested at 2:52 a.m. on July 26 after police saw a red Chevrolet being operated erratically on Dutch Neck Road. He was charged with drunken driving, careless driving, reckless driving and failure to maintain a lane.
Kevin D. McNair, 55, of Trenton was arrested at 7:07 p.m. on July 25 after police responded to CVS on Route 130 on a report of an individual attempting to fill a fraudulent prescription to obtain a controlled dangerous substance. He was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance by fraud and criminal attempt.
Michael J. Shinault, 22, of Newark, was arrested at 3:33 p.m. on July 28 in the parking lot of the Days Inn. He was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Max T. Culbreath, 25, of Cranbury, was arrested at 2:36 p.m. on July 29 on Etra Road after police pulled him over for an inoperable brake light. He was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
