Shiv Bogana, 19, of Princeton, was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at 3:20 p.m. Aug. 8 after police responded to Cherry Brook Drive on a report of a man running into the woods with marijuana. Police located him a short time later walking through the neighborhood, and arrested him.
