Jessica C. Arnold, 33, of Belle Mead, was charged with driving while intoxicated, careless driving, failure to maintain lane, leaving the scene of an accident and failure to report an accident at 9:55 p.m. Aug. 14 after she was stopped for a motor vehicle violation. Police discovered she had been involved in a collision near the intersection of Route 601 and Route 518, and had fled the scene, which led to the charges of leaving the scene of an accident and failure to report an accident.
