CentraState Healthcare Foundation will host its 14th annual multiple sclerosis fundraiser, “An Evening in the Vineyards,” from 7-10 p.m. Sept. 18 at the Star and Barry Tobias Ambulatory Campus, 901 W. Main St., Freehold Township.
Proceeds from the event will support the Linda E. Cardinale Multiple Sclerosis Center, according to a press release.
The Linda E. Cardinale MS Center was developed jointly with CentraState Medical Center and the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, New Jersey Metro Chapter, with the support of Vito Cardinale of Cardinale Enterprises in honor of his wife, Linda.
The regional center provides diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation and support for patients with MS and their families, and also offers an MS Wellness Program.
The Cardinale center treats more than 1,500 patients yearly, according to the press release.
Tickets for the Sept. 18 event are available at $150 per person with an additional $75 for the Gordon Stillwell Tasting Room, and sponsorship packages range from $500 to $7,500.
