The township’s Health Department will be conducting free seasonal flu clinics for East Windsor and Hightstown residents over the age of 60.
The flu shot clinics will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 14, and Thursday, Oct. 22, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the East Windsor Township Senior Center, located at 40 Lanning Blvd.
The vaccinations are by appointment only. To schedule an appointment, call the Health Department at 609-443-4000, ext. 222.
Anyone in need of transportation should call the Senior Center at 609-371-7192.
The Health Department encourages individuals, particularly those at risk to continue to receive the seasonal flu vaccine.
Mayor Janice Mironov said, “East Windsor Township is pleased to provide these important free flu clinics to the senior citizens of our community. We encourage all seniors to take advantage of this valuable preventative East Windsor Health Department program.”
