Israel R. Vargas, 44, of Monmouth Junction, was arrested on an outstanding warrant from Manalapan Township Municipal Court following a motor vehicle stop on Route 1 north at 1:41 a.m. Oct. 1. He was also issued summonses for maintenance of lamps and driving while suspended.
Nijel P. Robinson, 28, of Quail Ridge Drive, was arrested on an outstanding traffic warrant for $2,500 from Woodbridge Township Municipal Court at 1:18 p.m. Oct. 1 after he was observed on the grounds of the University Medical Center of Princeton at Plainsboro by a police officer who knew of the outstanding warrant.
Shelby L. Cathcart, 21, of Lawrence Township, was charged with driving while intoxicated, reckless driving and failure to maintain lane following a traffic stop on Route 1 South at 1:22 a.m. Oct. 4.
John J. Shoemaker, 52, of Tennyson Drive, was charged with driving while intoxicated, reckless driving, failure to maintain lane, failure to observe a traffic signal and obstructing traffic following a motor vehicle stop on Plainsboro Road at 8:56 p.m. Oct. 2.
Katiuska Cabrera, 27, of Somerset, was charged with driving while intoxicated, failure to keep right, failure to maintain lane, reckless driving, careless driving and speeding following a motor vehicle stop on Route 1 North at 2:30 a.m. Oct. 4.
Toby J. Markes, 24, of West Windsor Township, was charged with driving under the influence of a controlled dangerous substance, reckless driving, failure to maintain lane, failure to observe a traffic signal, use of a cell phone and obstructing traffic following a motor vehicle stop on Plainsboro Road at 9:55 p.m. Oct. 4.
Stephen M. Black, 24, was charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and multiple motor vehicle summonses after he was stopped by police for failing to maintain his lane on Grovers Mill Road at 2:05 p.m.Oct.5.
Gregory T. Crumbley, Jr., 26, of Hamilton Township, was arrested on an outstanding traffic warrant for $200 from Trenton Municipal Court and an active warrant issued by the New Jersey Department of Criminal Justice following a motor vehicle stop at 10:57 p.m. Oct. 6 on Scudders Mill Road. He was also issued summonses for having an inoperable headlight, driving while suspended and failure to change address.
