PRINCETON: Trucks begin hauling debris away from AvalonBay construction site

By Philip Sean Curran, Staff Writer
Dump trucks began hauling debris from the AvalonBay construction site on Witherspoon Street Tuesday morning to a disposal site in Pennsylvania, a company executive said.
AvalonBay Senior Vice President Ronald S. Ladell said by phone the job is estimated to take 26 to 30 work days.
The town gave a longer timeline for the project, however.
Town engineer Robert V. Kiser said Monday that the company planned to use fewer dump trucks than first thought in a job that could require two to three months to complete.
Some hauling may have to occur on Saturdays, both the town and the company have said.
