 Eric Mathew Dean and Lauren Therese Grobelny Eric Mathew Dean and Lauren Therese Grobelny Lauren Therese Grobelny, daughter of Kathleen and Paul L. Grobelny, Sr. of Middletown, and Eric Mathew Dean, son of Robert and Carolyn Dean of Fair Haven, and Erik and Rosalie Kromann of Stuart, Florida, were married on July 24 at the Church of the Precious Blood, Monmouth Beach. Father Bob Kaeding officiated the ceremony. An outdoor blessing by Father Kaeding and an outdoor reception took place on July 25 at Sandy Hook Gateway National Park.

Mrs. Dean, a graduate of Middletown High School North, earned a bachelor of science in education and mathematics with a minor in finance and a master of science in financial mathematics from Monmouth University, West Long Branch. Mrs. Dean is employed as the vice president of leveraged loans with ZAIS Group, Red Bank.

Mr. Dean, a graduate of Middletown High School North, earned a bachelor of arts in business and sports management with a minor in law from Flagler College, St. Augustine, Florida, and juris doctor from New York Law School, New York, New York. He is admitted to the New York and New Jersey state bars. Mr. Dean is employed as a manager in the legal and compliance division of Morgan Stanley, New York, New York.

The bride was given in marriage by her father, Paul L. Grobelny, Sr. The bride’s three brothers were the men of honor: Paul L. Grobelny, Jr., Thomas M. Grobelny and Steven J. Grobelny. The bridesmaids were: Jessica Borek, Kerri Eger, Catharine Russamano, Jen Valentino and Danielle Zampella.

The best man was Sean Byers. The groom’s sisters were groomsmaids: Brittany Dean and Meagan Dean. The groomsmen were: Dave Borek, Christoph Nowaczyk and Joe Nowaczyk.

The couple went on a honeymoon to San Francisco, California, and Maui and Oahu, Hawaii. They reside in Holmdel.
