Presentations to focus on U.S. intelligence

The Jewish Community Center of Middlesex County, 1775 Oak Tree Rd., Edison, announces Dr. Douglas Simon will present the American Intelligence Community in three sessions from 10-11:30 a.m. on Oct. 16, 23 and 30.

In Session I, The History of Intelligence will focus on the history of American intelligence from the Revolutionary War, through WWII and the early years of the Cold War. In Session II, The Central Intelligence Agency and the National

Security Agency will examine the origins and growth of the CIA and the NSA. In Session III, Domestic Intelligence will focus on the activities of the FBI and Homeland Security and conclude by addressing some basic questions.

The cost for all three sessions is $24 for Community Campus members or $33 for nonmembers. Pre-registration is strongly requested.
