The Dayton Village Citizen’s Coalition and the South Brunswick Garden Club are sponsoring their annual Pumpkin Carving and Lighting Celebration on Oct. 24 at the historic Wetherill House, 269 Georges Rd,, Dayton. The rain date is Oct. 25.
The event will begin at 3 p.m., with pumpkin carving and a barbecue, followed by the battery candle lighting from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Participants are encouraged to bring a snack or dessert to share, as well as a nonperishable food item for the South Brunswick Food Pantry.
