Deborah Zeller, Hopewell Township
As a lifelong Republican, I am writing to support Julie Blake for Hopewell Township Committee. Julie is the Democratic candidate, but in the 10 years I have known her, she has proven herself to be sensible, fair and an extremely hard worker. We need more people like Julie in government, and Hopewell would be fortunate to have Julie as a member of the Township Committee.
I trust Julie to listen to people with different viewpoints, to be candid about her opinions and to make good decisions. She has a gift for bringing people together and helping them see points of commonality that they can build upon. She is not one of those leaders who is interested in pushing a party agenda or pursuing personal ambitions. She will be completely devoted to serving the people of Hopewell Township.
Regardless of your party affiliation, I hope you will join me in electing Julie to the Hopewell Township Committee on Nov. 3. Hopewell deserves Julie Blake.
