Raconteur Radio will present a staged radio production of Orson Welles’s 1938 broadcast of “The War of the Worlds” at 7:30 p.m. Nov. 4 at the Metuchen Public Library, 480 Middlesex Ave. Seating begins at 7:15 p.m.
