The Old Bridge Library will begin its new Local Author series with a presentation by children’s-book author Rachelle Burk at 7 p.m. Nov. 20 at the library Main Branch, Route 516 and Cottrell Road.
Burk, who is best known for her children’s books, “Don’t Turn the Page,” “The Walking Fish” and “Tree House in a Storm,” will offer a “Mother Goof” storytelling session designed for children ages 2- 8. She will use creative dramatics, masks, puppets and other props to appeal to young audiences with humorous, interactive tales.
