HILLSBOROUGH: Woman reports someone entered home, took items 

Hillsborough police reported three incidences of damage to property and one burglary/theft in the last two weeks.
— A Three Bridges Road resident reported Oct. 24 that someone had entered her home in the previous week and took various tools and appliances, with a total value of $1,200.
— Police said a Riverside Drive resident reported Nov. 12 that sometime in the previous night someone cut the tires on his vehicle. Value of the tires was put at $300.
— An Oxford Place resident reported Nov. 9 the theft of truck tires and rims from his garage sometime in the previous five days. Value of the items was placed at $2,000.
— On Oct. 26, a contractor reported damage to a company vehicle left parked over the weekend at a property on Mountainview Road. The value of damage was estimated at about $1,000.
Police also reported three incidences of alleged driving while under the influence:
— Nehal Shetty, 24, of Hillsborough was charged Oct. 10 after his vehicle was involved in a motor vehicle accident on Amwell Road.
Police said his blood-alcohol level content was found to be 0.15 percent. He was charged with careless driving, failure to stay in his lane, leaving the scene of an accident and use of a cell phone while driving. He was released pending a court appearance.
— Ryan Collins, 34, of Somerville was charged Oct. 18 after his vehicle was stopped on Amwell Road. Police said his blood alcohol level was found to be 0.22 percent. He was also charged with careless driving and failure to maintain his lane. He was released pending a court appearance.
— Justin Tomlinson, 27, of Manville was charged Oct. 21 after his vehicle was stopped by police on Route 206. His blood alcohol level was found to be 0.34 percent, police said.
He was charged with DWI within 1,000 feet of a school, having an open container of alcohol in a vehicle, driving while his license was suspended, failure to show documents, failure to have his vehicle inspected and having improper safety glass. He was release pending a court appearance.
— Chanond Nualplub, 18, of Hillsborough was charged Oct. 30 after his vehicle was found disabled on Snowbourn Place. Blood alcohol content is pending laboratory analysis, police said. He was also charged with careless driving. He was released and given a court appearance date. 
