Barbara Mullin, past president of the Garden Club of New Jersey, NGC judge and winner of multiple blue ribbons in NGC flower shows will be offering her tips and instructions for creating small, miniature and tray designs at the Terra Nova Garden Club meeting starting at 6:30 p.m. on Nov. 24 at the North Edison Public Library.
