EAST WINDSOR PAL SOCCER for the week of 11/27/15

U10 Arsenal girls
The East Windsor PAL U10 Arsenal clinched second place in MOSA Premier Division with a 3-2 victory over the Manalapan Hot Shots. Angelina Benitez scored 2 goals and Rachael Charsky had a goal and an assist. Abby Carter and Allie Szelag each had an assist. Charlotte Garcia and Anna Zappola held off the potent Manalapan attack in front of goalkeepers Radha Ghate and Alayna Giampolo. 
U12 Thunder girls
The East Windsor PAL U12 Thunder completed an undefeated season with a 1-0 win over the Monroe Township SC Warriors in a defensive battle. Isabella Benitez scored the second half goal to seal the victory. It was the fourth consecutive shutout posted by Thunder this season. They finish the season having only given up 4 goals in 10 games. Congratulations to Anna Radigan, Annie Kosa, Bella Cammarata, Calleigh Kosman, Emilia Vallejos, Emily Coyle, Isabella Benitez, Izzy DelToro, Kaela Solari, Karly McKenna, Kelsey Emslie, Lara Koppel, Madison Bressler, Mia Huang and Teresa Allison.
 U14 Storm girls
The East Windsor PAL Storm U14 girls faced off against the second place Neptune Wildcats shutting them out 3-0 to finish the fall season in first place, undefeated. The Storm dominated most of the way, with Meg Regan and Danielle Faup shutting down Neptune’s offense and midfielders Jessica Saldutti, Nikki Masone and Julia Pendino controlling possession throughout. Laila Aly posted the first goal for Storm pocketing a rebound from Grace O’Leary. Julia Gorajek scored the next two, one off a feed from Pendino and the second on a similar pass from Shannan Hauslet. Keeper Mary Kate Hartnett recorded her fourth clean sheet of the season.
