Hilltop Swim Club, a nonprofit swim club on Clarksburg Road, Roosevelt, will offer a special payment plan for new members who join the club by the end of the year. Shares cost $600 and the cost will be spread over three years – at no interest– if the first payment is made by the end of 2015. Members are also required to pay annual dues of $575 in the spring.
