St. Luke’s Episcopal Church in Metuchen will present a holiday fair from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. on Dec. 5 at the corner of Oak Avenue and Route 27 in Metuchen.
Special items this year include gourmet foods, a poinsettia sale, and wreaths and natural Christmas decorations from the Metuchen Garden Club. The Borough Improvement League will be selling tickets to their annual house tour on Dec. 6 and their wooden replicas of notable places in Metuchen. The Stonybrook Meadows Farm will be selling meats for holiday dinners, honey, jams and handmade gifts.
The Fair will also feature hand-crafted wood items, Christmas items, hand-made crocheted and knitted items, soaps and scents, home-made culinary creations, gift items from the trinkets and treasures collection, holiday baskets, and some antiques. Have breakfast, lunch or a mid afternoon snack at the snack bar with homemade soups and comfort foods. Santa and Mrs. Claus will be visiting on and off for pictures, so please bring a camera.
