Julie and Michael Hertz Julie Danielle Batansky, daughter of Toby Stolberg and Norman Batansky, of Philadelphia, married Michael Ira Hertz, son of Janet and Howard Hertz, of Marlboro, on June 28, 2015.
Rabbi Marc Israel of Temple Beth Hillel– Beth El, Wynnewood, Pennsylvania, performed the ceremony. The bride was given in marriage by her father, Norman Batansky.
The bride is a graduate of Lower Merion High School, Ardmore, Pennsylvania, and earned a bachelor of science in education from Indiana University, Bloomington, Indiana, and a master of education in early childhood from Chestnut Hill College, Philadelphia. She is a special education teacher in Philadelphia.
The groom is a graduate of Rutgers Preparatory School, Somerset, and earned a bachelor of science with a concentration in finance from the University of Delaware, Newark, Delaware. He is a vice president at LBC Credit Partners, Philadelphia.
The couple were married at The Down Town Club, Philadelphia, and spent their honeymoon in Hawaii.
They reside in Philadelphia.
