PHOTO COURTESY OF THE SOUTH BRUNSWICK PUBLIC LIBRARY South Brunswick Mayor Frank Gambatese was recently presented with the 2015 Public Official of the Year Award by the Libraries of Middlesex (LMx) at a reception dinner on Dec. 3 at the Pines Manor, Edison. Gambatese, a member of the South Brunswick Public Library’s Board of Trustees, was recognized for his years of advocacy on behalf of library services in South Brunswick and for his support, both personally and as a public official. He has been serving the township in elected office for nearly 20 years. In addition, Bob Holland and Phyllis Roney were honored for their service with Certificates of Appreciation for their help with the Friends of the Library books sales.
