NORTH BRUNSWICK — The Township of North Brunswick is seeking residents to volunteer on any of its numerous boards and committees.
Residents can choose from the North Brunswick Abilities Council, the Council on Affordable Housing, the Board of Health, Celebrate North Brunswick, the Environmental Commission, the North Brunswick Ethics Board, the Heritage Day Committee, the Library Board of Trustees, the Media Advisory Committee, the Municipal Alliance Committee, the Open Space Committee, the Parks & Recreation Advisory Board, the Planning Board, the Rent and Mobile Home Board, the Sept. 11 Committee, the Traffic Safety Committee, the Youth Council and the Zoning Board of Adjustment.

‘It’s worth noting that the council is in the process right now to appoint residents to be on our various resident advisory committees that are very important to the township and very important to all of us in providing good government,” Mayor Francis “Mac” Womack said during the Dec. 7 Township Council meeting. “We certainly have openings and certainly would love to have additional and new residents involved.”
