The East Windsor Township Police Department initiated these police reports.
Esdras E. Machado-Giron, 30, of Princeton Arms Apartment, was arrested and charged with DUI, reckless driving, careless driving, consuming alcohol in a motor vehicle, having an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, having a suspended driver’s license and for being an unlicensed driver at 10:33 a.m. Dec. 10 on Exeter Court.
An officer responded to Exeter Court for a vehicle blocking a driveway and discovered the driver asleep at the wheel. The officer observed open containers of alcohol inside the vehicle and detected the odor of an alcoholic beverage. Mr. Machado-Giron was given the opportunity to perform field sobriety tests but refused. He was arrested for DUI and later released pending court action.
Micky L. Barber, 29, of Stockton Street, was arrested and charged with shoplifting and possession of burglary tools at 1:39 p.m. Dec. 12 at the TJ Maxx store.
An officer responded to TJ Maxx for a shoplifter in custody. The individual had concealed merchandise inside a purse after she removed the security tags and attempted to leave the store. Ms. Barber was arrested and later released.
Radee Green, 29, of Trenton, was arrested and charged with theft at 4:24 p.m. Dec. 12 at the Shop Rite.
An officer responded to Shop Rite for a theft of money from a purse. An individual removed money from an unattended purse in a shopping cart while the owner was distracted. The money was recovered and the individual was arrested and later released pending court action.
Bruce Wright, 63, of Camden, was arrested and charged with two counts of shoplifting at 6:51 p.m. Dec. 12 at TJ Maxx/Ross Dress for Less.
An officer responded to TJ Maxx for a shoplifter leaving the store. Further investigation revealed that the individual concealed a jacket underneath his coat and left without paying. Additionally he was in possession of four jackets that were allegedly shoplifted from Ross Dress for Less. Mr. Wright was arrested and later released pending court action.
Faustino Lopez, 45, of The Orchard Apartments, was arrested and charged with DUI, reckless driving and careless driving at 12:32 a.m. Dec. 13 on Route 130 North.
An officer was on patrol on Route 130 and observed a vehicle driving erratically and conducted a motor vehicle stop. While speaking with the driver, the officer detected the odor of an alcoholic beverage. Mr. Lopez was given field sobriety tests and arrested for DUI. The driver was later released pending court action.
