The 24th Annual Eastern Monmouth Area Chamber of Commerce Spinnaker Awards will be held at 6 p.m. on Jan. 28 at the Shadowbrook at Shrewsbury. New Jersey Vietnam Veterans’ Memorial Foundation will be honored.
A gift auction to benefit the EMACC Educational Foundation will also be featured.
