The South Brunswick Senior Center is starting a new monthly activity, Coloring for Adults, 12:15-1:15 p.m. on Dec. 29 at the center, in the municipal complex, Route 522 West, Monmouth Junction.
Coloring can be beneficial for adults, namely for its de-stressing power. The practice generates wellness, quietness and stimulates brain areas related to motor skills, the senses and creativity.
