The Millstone Township School District will hold kindergarten and preschool registration for the 2016–2017 school year on Feb. 24 from 5-7 p.m. and on Feb. 25 from 9:30-11:30 a.m. at the Primary School. At the time of registration, parents or guardians must bring the completed registration packet downloaded from the district’s website at www.millstone.k12.nj.us. Registrants must provide an original birth certificate with a raised state seal, four current proofs of residency, immunization report, and one copy of each original document. If applicable, child custody or guardianship papers can be submitted at this time.
