Jean Robinson of Volition Wellness Solutions was elected president of the Montgomery Business Association on Jan. 13 at its annual election of board officials.
Ms. Robinson has resided in Montgomery for over 20 years, and has been a Montgomery business owner for over 10 years. She was the driving force behind the first annual Montgomery Funfest and served as chairwoman on the MBA.
Also serving on the board are Cory Wingerter of Tiger’s Tale, vice president; Jane Gore of Insight Private Advisors, secretary; Benton Camper of Nassau Tennis Club, treasurer; Frank Luis of Massage Envy Spa of Montgomery, membership chair; and Lorette Pruden of Team Nimbus NJ, immediate past president.
The association has seven new board members. They are: Benton Camper, Nassau Tennis Club; James Danner, Red Barn Printing; Todd Gasior, Gasior’s Furniture & Interior Design; Mark Hewel, SpeedPro Imaging of Mercer County; Susan Mullin, Nigido Mullin Investment Strategies; Cynthia Weshnak, Callaway Henderson Sotheby’s International Realty; and Saul Wendroff, Lili B’s Gifts.
The Montgomery Business Association promotes local shopping within the Montgomery community. This year’s MBA goals include a website redesign, the rollout of the Shop Local Card connecting the community with MBA member businesses, the continuation of the Welcome Bag program serving new Montgomery residents, and the second annual Montgomery Funfest on Sunday, Sept. 11.
