Rumson Country Day School

The Rumson Country Day School (RCDS) welcomes students from the community to a summer of creativity, innovation and fun. The camps, operating for eight weeks beginning June 20, include a variety of offerings. All of the camps are led by RCDS faculty, staff, and guest instructors who are experts in their specialty area and are fully background checked by the security team. The very popular Early Childhood Program, open to nursery school and pre-kindergarten children (age 3 and up) is a fun-filled camp that is specifically geared to enrich the youngest students. By incorporating music, theater, arts, games, crafts and more, the students continue to build skills for the classroom and beyond. The program for students in kindergarten through eighth grade include sports camps, arts and crafts, STEAM-based exploration, chess, Go, drama, creative writing, coding, and many others. The Jayne S. Carmody School for children with language-based learning differences will once again provide individualized and small group instruction along with fun project-based problem-solving that will boost skills in a warm and engaging environment.
