- Michael T. Gjenvick, 32, of West Windsor Township, was charged with driving while intoxicated, refusal to submit to a breath test, speeding and reckless driving after he was stopped on Woodhollow Road at 2:14 a.m. Jan. 21.
- A 32-year-old Martinsburg, West Virginia, resident reported that someone used his identity to apply for and receive credit cards at Target and at Kohl’s, and then charged items worth $692.47 at Target and $1,000 at Kohl’s. The incidents occurred on Jan. 9 and Jan. 16, but were not reported until Jan. 21.
- Robert Johnston, 24, of Trenton, was charged with shoplifting for taking a Sylvania portable DVD player and a Dual OPP stereo head unit from Walmart on Nassau Park Boulevard at 4:13 p.m. Jan. 21.
- Someone used a pharmaceutical company’s electronic bank account to create false checks, using the company’s banking and routing numbers, and then made fraudulent withdrawals of $6,973.38 on Dec. 16, 2015 and $3,544.28 on Jan. 7.
- A shoplifter took six athletic leggings, worth $588, from a store display at Anthropologie at Princeton Marketfair on Jan. 21. The incident was reported at 5:04 p.m. Jan. 21.
- A 56-year-old West Windsor resident reported that he received an email from American Express notifying him that a replacement card on his account had been sent to an address in Morris, Alabama. The victim canceled the account number and contacted his identity theft protection service. The incident was reported at 6:38 p.m. Jan. 25.
