Chris Allen of Hillsborough led Air Force lacrosse (0-2) with one goal on a team-leading 13 shots but the Falcons dropped a 10-9 match to No. 2 Denver on Feb. 13 at home.
Denver outscored the Falcons, 6-2, in the first quarter with goals coming from five different players. Air Force entered the fourth quarter on a 6-0 run and had the lead, 9-8.
Allen, who leads the team with 16 shots and is tied for second with three points, comes east as Air Force plays on the road against Marist in Poughkeepsie, N.Y., at noon tomorrow, Feb. 20.
