A fourth Democrat has entered the race for Princeton Council in what is a crowded field in a contest for two seats. Anne Waldron Neumann said Monday that she had made up her mind over the weekend, having thought for the past few weeks about whether to run or not. She joins a field that includes incumbent Councilwoman Jenny Crumiller, wo officially announced her candidacy Monday, former school board president Tim Quinn and Leticia Fraga.
