Manville auxiliary sells Easter-time flowers 
Fri., and Sat., March 25-26 — The Manville North End Volunteer Fire Company No. 3 and Ladies Auxiliary will hold their annual Easter flower sale in the parking lot on South Main Street and North Orchard in the center of Manville from noon until 6 p.m. Friday and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday. A variety of plants for gift giving will be available. 
Rotary Club schedules 8th annual egg hunt 
Sat., March 26 — Free 8th annual Rotary Club egg hunt at The Landing restaurant, Amwell Road. Hunting in three age groups begins at 10 a.m. sharp for ages 8 and younger. Bring your own baskets. All eggs filled with a treat. Bring camera for photos with bunny. Hot dogs and hot chocolate, compliments of the Landing, after the hunt. Call 732-522-6178. 
Church’s hunt features 5,000-plus hidden eggs 
Sat., March 26 — A free Easter egg hunt with more than 5,000 eggs will be held from 9:45 a.m.-noon at Montgomery Evangelical Free Church, 246 Belle Mead-Griggstown Road, Belle Mead. Children ages 12 months to 9 years may hunt, as well as special needs children. Afterwards, there will be games, face painting, crafts, a cookie decorating station, and a chance to hear about the true meaning of Easter. For info, check website www.mefc.org. 
Project Graduation seeks advertisers for program 
Sat., April 2 — Hillsborough High School Project Graduation’s annual basket auction and fashion show will be held in the Hillsborough High School auditorium at 7:30 p.m. The group is trying to raise the $40,000 needed to help the Class of 2016 to celebrate their graduation drug- and alcohol-free following commencement ceremonies in June. 
Appraiser will judge if it’s ‘trash’ or ‘treasure’ 
Sat., April 2 — Alan G. Snyder, a certified antiques and estate appraiser, will evaluate antiques at the Manville Library 100 South St., 1:30-3:30 p.m. Attendees are encouraged to bring up to two items for to examine, provide facts and historical information, and verbally appraise. RoboRaiders will compete in event in Bridgewater 
April 2 and 3 — The Hillsborough High School Robotics Team, known as the RoboRaiders 75, will compete in the FIRST robotics competition district event at Bridgewater-Raritan High School, Garretson Road, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Free admission. 
Noted career consultant to speak to job seekers 
Wed., April 6 — Career counselor Lloyd Feinstein of Career Marketing Consultants will talk on the topic “Crafting an Elevator Pitch” from 7 to 9 p.m. at Jewish Family Services, 150-A West High St., Somerville, to job seekers who are unemployed, underemployed or seeking a career change.

St. Mary’s Catholic Church holds monthly Slavic meal 
Wed., April 13 — St. Mary Byzantine Catholic Church holds its monthly dinner, 4 to 7 p.m., in the St. Mary Parish Center, 1900 Brooks Blvd. $14 for adults (ages 9 and up) and $5 for children (8 and younger). All-you-can-eat pirohi, stuffed cabbage, kielbasa and sauerkraut, mashed potatoes.

Party launches episode of the ‘Creature Show’ 
Fri., April 15 — Party to launch Creature Show episode (full of timber rattlesnakes, corn snakes and northern pine snakes) on the second floor of the Duke Farms Orientation Center, 1112 Dukes Parkway West, Hillsborough. 7-9 p.m. Learn about threatened and endangered snakes, ecological threats facing the Pine Barrens, and biologist Emile DeVito of the N.J. Rutgers Gardens director to speak to Neshanic club 
Thurs., April 28 — Bruce Crawford, director of Rutgers Gardens, will speak on “New and Unusual Annuals of Summer” to the Neshanic Garden Club at its spring luncheon and basket auction at noon at Neshanic Valley Golf Club, 2301 South Branch Road. Community theater — Somerset Valley Players will present the Rodgers and Hammerstein classic musical, “Oklahoma” on weekends from April 8 to May 1.

Alzheimer’s support group — The Alzheimer’s Association has a support group in Hillsborough. Family members and caregivers come together to share information and support in a safe, confidential atmosphere.
