PLAINSBORO POLICE BLOTTER: March 24

  • Kenneth Y. Bae, 22, of Monroe Township, was charged with driving while intoxicated and racing on a roadway after the car he was driving left the road on Scotts Corner Road at 12:15 a.m. March 18. Mr. Bae was also charged with careless driving, reckless driving, failure to maintain lane, delaying traffic, obstructed view, unclear plates, destruction of agricultural property, failure to exhibit a driver’s license, failure to wear a seatbelt and failure to observe a sign. 
  •  Michael E. Allen, 63, of Farmington Hills, Michigan, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for contempt of court from West Windsor Township Municipal Court after he was stopped for improper use of the high beams on his car on College Road at 11:24 p.m. March 17. He was charged with improper use of high beams and failure to exhibit documents. 
  •  Christina Scalici, 22, of Matawan, was charged with possession of a hypodermic needle after she was stopped for speeding on Route 1 north at 2:40 a.m. March 17. 
  •  Paula Gomez, 45, of New Brunswick, was charged with driving while intoxicated after she was stopped for tailgating and failure to maintain lane at 4:12 a.m. March 13 on Route 1 north. 
