PLAINSBORO — The owner of a township massage parlor and three employees have been charged with prostitution offenses as part of a statewide crackdown on human trafficking, according to the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office and the Plainsboro Township Police Department.
Plainsboro Township resident Jing Sun, 46, who owns the J&J Natural Care LLC massage parlor, was charged with promoting prostitution and was being held on $10,000 bail, said Middlesex County Prosecutor Andrew C. Carey and Plainsboro Police Chief Guy Armour.
Jianquin Xui, 49, of Plainsboro, and Guoping Liu, 50, and Song Hong, 39, both of Flushing, N.Y., were each charged with engaging in prostitution, which is a disorderly persons offense. They were all released in their own recognizance.
During the investigation, police seized $5,400 in cash and bank accounts. The investigation was conducted by Plainsboro police Detective K. Scott Beatty and Detective Ryan Tighe of the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office.
