Sean L. Raftice, 34, of Somerset, was charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana, obstructed view and talking on a hand-held cellphone after he was stopped by police on Route 518 at 5:03 p.m. March 24.
Andrew Brockley, 37, of Belle Mead, was charged with driving while intoxicated, refusal to submit to breath samples, consumption of an alcoholic beverage in a motor vehicle, driving while suspended, failure to wear a seatbelt, failure to maintain lane and reckless driving after he was stopped on Dominicus Court at 3:01 p.m. March 24.
A 17-year-old boy was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia after the car he was driving was stopped by police on Pike Run Road at 2:14 p.m. March 22. Jasmine Carr, 24, of Belle Mead, who was a passenger in the car, was arrested on outstanding warrants for $1,297 from Sayreville and New Brunswick municipal courts and was taken to the Somerset County jail in default of bail.
Cassandra Kurnash, 26, of Seaside Park, and Jessica Brink, 41, of Netcong, were arrested on outstanding warrants after police were called to the Crawford House on Sunset Road for a report of unwanted persons at 8:19 a.m. March 22. Ms. Brink was turned over to the Morris County Sheriff’s Office.
Brett A. Nord, 28, of Somerset, was arrested on outstanding warrants totaling $3,855 from Readington Township, Hopewell Township, Manville Borough, Flemington Borough and Branchburg Township municipal courts at 11:51 a.m. March 22.
