MONTGOMERY POLICE BLOTTER: March 31


Sean L. Raftice, 34, of Somerset, was charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana, obstructed view and talking on a hand-held cellphone after he was stopped by police on Route 518 at 5:03 p.m. March 24. 

Andrew Brockley, 37, of Belle Mead, was charged with driving while intoxicated, refusal to submit to breath samples, consumption of an alcoholic beverage in a motor vehicle, driving while suspended, failure to wear a seatbelt, failure to maintain lane and reckless driving after he was stopped on Dominicus Court at 3:01 p.m. March 24. 

A 17-year-old boy was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia after the car he was driving was stopped by police on Pike Run Road at 2:14 p.m. March 22. Jasmine Carr, 24, of Belle Mead, who was a passenger in the car, was arrested on outstanding warrants for $1,297 from Sayreville and New Brunswick municipal courts and was taken to the Somerset County jail in default of bail. 
 Cassandra Kurnash, 26, of Seaside Park, and Jessica Brink, 41, of Netcong, were arrested on outstanding warrants after police were called to the Crawford House on Sunset Road for a report of unwanted persons at 8:19 a.m. March 22. Ms. Brink was turned over to the Morris County Sheriff’s Office. 
 Brett A. Nord, 28, of Somerset, was arrested on outstanding warrants totaling $3,855 from Readington Township, Hopewell Township, Manville Borough, Flemington Borough and Branchburg Township municipal courts at 11:51 a.m. March 22. 
