Students shared all elements of Asian culture on Friday evening at the ninth annual Asian Festival at Princeton High School. Organized by the school’s Asian American, Chinese, Japanese and Korean clubs, as well as its Chinese and Japanese language classes, the performances followed the theme of “Folk Tales” in the high school’s gym. A Chinese Lion Dance, a Dragon Dance, Kung Fu, Japanese song and dance, Indian singing and a fashion show were among the student performances.In addition there was Chinese calligraphy, face painting, tea making, sushi making, games, contests and sports for all ages to try. And there was cuisine from Japan, Korea and China.
