- Roberto Rojas-Sanchez, 23, of North Brunswick Township, was charged with driving while intoxicated and failure to maintain lane after he was stopped for weaving on Route 1 north at 3:54 a.m. April 9. He was also charged with having an open container of alcohol, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle, careless driving, reckless driving, failure to wear a seatbelt, failure to produce insurance and unclear license plates.
- Narciso Priego, 23, of Manville, was arrested on an outstanding warrant from Manville Municipal Court after he was stopped on Mapleton Road at 10:08 p.m. April 9 for a maintenance of lamps violation. He was also charged with maintenance of lamps, failure to exhibit documents and driving while his license was suspended.
- James M. Budnick, 55, of Yardley, Pennsylvania, was charged with driving while intoxicated, refusal to provide breath samples, reckless driving and careless driving after a police officer observed his car driving on the shoulder of Scudders Mill Road with a flat tire at 12:50 a.m. April 8.
