May 6 will be the annual remembrance program, “Maintaining the Human Spirit During the Holocaust,” 9:30 a.m. at Brookdale Community College, 765 Newman Springs Road, Lincroft, in the Brookdale Recreation and Events Center.
Historian, author and professor Dr. Samuel Kassow will present “Time Capsules in Hell: The Secret Archive of the Warsaw Ghetto.” A candle lighting ceremony, processional with service members from Naval Weapons Station Earle, and performances by the Marlboro High School chorus and instrumental quartet will be held. The event will be presented by the Center for Holocaust, Human Rights & Genocide Education (CHHANGE).
