Coast Boating School will conduct a New Jersey mandatory safe boating course, under the New Jersey State Law, at West Marine Store, Perth Amboy, from 9 a.m.-12:30 p.m. on April 30 and May 1. The cost is $75 and includes a $10 gift card.
