The East Windsor Township Police Department initiated the following police reports through Wednesday, April 20, 2016.
Yovani A. Sebastian, 19, of Hightstown, was charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of drugs in a motor vehicle, improper safety glass, unclear plates, unregistered vehicle. obstructed windshield, unlicensed driver and uninsured motor vehicle; and Rey M. Lopez, 20, of Hightstown was charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after being stopped at 12:16 p.m. April 14 on Monmouth Street.
An officer was on patrol on Monmouth Street when he observed a vehicle with a cracked windshield and conducted a motor vehicle stop. Further investigation revealed that the vehicle was unregistered and the driver was unlicensed. Additionally, the driver and the passenger were in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Both individuals were arrested and later released pending court action.
Angela F. Rinaldi, 44, of Browns Mills, N.J., and Sarah J. Bissinger, 34, of Pemberton, N.J., were both charged with possession of hypodermic needles and possession of drug paraphernalia after being stopped at 12:57 a.m. April 15 on Milford Road.
An officer was on patrol on Milford Road when he observed a vehicle with an inoperable brake lamp and conducted a motor vehicle stop. Further investigation revealed that two passengers of the vehicle were in possession of hypodermic needles and drug paraphernalia. Both individuals were arrested and later released pending court action.
A juvenile male, 17, of East Windsor, was charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after being stopped at 10:48 p.m. April 15 on Maple Stream Road.
An officer was on patrol when he observed a suspicious person walking in the rear parking lot of the Beth El Synagogue. Further investigation revealed that the individual was in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. The individual was arrested and later released to a parent pending court action.
Jameson Dent, 22, of Hamilton, was charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of drugs in a motor vehicle, failure to observe a traffic signal and failure to wear a seatbelt after being stopped at 1 a.m. April 16 on Route 130.
An officer was on patrol on Route 130 near Stockton Street when he observed a vehicle make a right turn on red and conducted a motor vehicle stop. Further investigation revealed that the driver of the vehicle was in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. The individual was arrested and later released pending court action.
Francis W. Barber, 58, of East Windsor, was charged with DUI, rreckless driving, careless driving, failure to maintain a lane, following too closely, having a cracked windshield and for being uninsured after being stopped at 6:09 p.m. April 19 on Dutch Neck Road.
An officer was on patrol on Dutch Neck Road near Wilmor Drive when he observed a vehicle operating in a reckless manner and conducted a motor vehicle stop. While speaking with the driver, the officer detected the odor of an alcoholic beverage. The driver was given field sobriety tests and arrested for DUI. He was later released pending court action.
