After commuting more than 100 miles to and from work every day, Sid Garg was ready to live a little closer to the office. He was also ready to stop renting and to buy his own home. It’s also nice because I’m now closer to my brother, who lives in Philadelphia. Instead of being over three hours away, now he’s only about 45 minutes to an hour away.”

As Sid noted, the community is also within walking distance of a large NJ Transit Park and Ride offering service to New York City. The NJ Transit Princeton Junction station is nearby, as well, and Newark Liberty International Airport is less than 35 miles away.

Everything has lived up to my expectations and I’m excited to say that today I am an owner and not a tenant anymore!”
