Christopher A. Klosinski, 19, of Hamilton Township, was charged with driving while intoxicated after he was stopped for failing to move over for emergency vehicles at 1:55 a.m. May 9 on Route 1 North. He was also charged with failure to move over for emergency vehicles, failure to maintain lane, failure to exhibit a driver’s license and reckless driving.
Claudia P. Duque, 42, of Kew Gardens, New York, was charged with driving while intoxicated after she was stopped for speeding and failure to keep right on Route 1 south at 4:54 a.m. May 8. She was also charged with failure to keep right, reckless driving and speeding.
Brian D. Dillon, 26, of Somerset, was charged with driving while intoxicated after his car nearly side-swiped a police patrol car that was parked on Route 1 north, with its emergency lights flashing, at 4:16 a.m. May 8. He was also charged with reckless driving, careless driving, failure to maintain lane, failure to move over for a stopped emergency vehicle and unclear license plates.
Sharoon Yaqoob, 40, of Philadelphia, was charged with driving while intoxicated after the car he was driving was stopped for failure to keep right and maintenance of lamps on Route 1 south at 2:34 a.m. May 7. He was also charged with failure to keep right, maintenance of lamps, unlicensed driver and reckless driving.
A juvenile was charged with driving while under the influence of drugs, driving without headlights, improper use of high beams, maintenance of lamps, operating a motor vehicle with drugs and reckless driving after he was stopped on Dey Road at 10:52 p.m. May 6. A search of the car revealed less than 50 grams of suspected marijuana.
