“Today’s Table,” a food tasting experience, will be held in Crabiel Hall’s state-of-the-art culinary lab at Middlesex County College. Come hungry and enjoy food prepared by the chef. Recipes will also be distributed.
Classes include: “Summer Smoothies That Rock” June 6; “Get the Scoop About Ice Cream Making” June 7; “Sensational Summer Salads” June 9; “Herbs, Herbs, Herbs” June 14; “Not Your Typical Backyard BBQ” June 16; “Farmers’ Market Finds” June 21; “To Thai For” June 23; “Summer Grilling Sensations” July 7; “Opposites Attract” July 12; “Going with the Grain” July 14; “From Ocean to Table” July 19; “Berry Berry Good Summer Desserts” July 21, “Intro to Indian Foods” July 26; “Panini Heaven” July 28; “Too Hot to Cook — Mediterranean Salads as Meals” Aug. 2; “Eggplant’s World Tour” Aug. 11; “Cool Foods for Hot Nights” Aug. 16; and “Tapas” Aug. 18.
Except where noted, attendees can register a la carte at $40 for each class or choose any three classes for $99. The savings are available to anyone who registers with payment for the three classes at the same time.
