PLAINSBORO POLICE BLOTTER: June 9

  • A fire caused minor damage to an office building at 501 Plainsboro Road shortly after 5:30 a.m. June 8. The fire was quickly extinguished, and there were no injuries. Firefighters from Plainsboro, Cranbury and Monroe townships responded, along with the Princeton Plasma Physics Lab. 
  • A 36-year-old Sayre Drive resident reported the theft of an assortment of jewelry, valued at a combined $28,000, from her home between June 3 and June 5. There were no signs of forced entry. 
  • Travis Unglert, 25, of Somerset, was arrested on an outstanding warrant from Newark Municipal Court after his car was stopped for having tinted windows on Route 1 north at 12:18 a.m. June 5. He was also issued summonses for driving while his license was suspended and for having tinted windows. 
  • Jeffrey Derosier, 25, of Philadelphia was arrested on an outstanding criminal warrant for $500 from North Wildwood and a $114 traffic warrant from North Brunswick Township after he was stopped by police on Route 1 north at 8:55 a.m. June 4 for having a broken brake light. 
  • Christopher Perdomo, 27, of Bayonne, was arrested on two outstanding traffic warrants totaling more than $1,700 from Bayonne after he was stopped by police for speeding on Route 1 south at 4:02 a.m. June 4. He was also issued summonses for driving while suspended and failure to maintain lane. 
  • A men’s mountain bicycle, valued at $130, was reported stolen from a Hunters Glen Drive residence between 8:30 p.m. and 11:45 p.m. June 4. 
  • Adam T. Lo, 21, of Morganville, was charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana, possession of prescription drugs for which he did not have a prescription, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle after he was stopped by police on Dey Road for having an unclear inspection sticker at 1:56 p.m. June 4. 
  • Dijon C. Wong, 22, of Plainsboro, was arrested on outstanding warrants totaling $1,989 from Plainsboro and South Brunswick townships after police investigated a call for possible drug activity on Tamarron Drive at 4:07 p.m. June 3. He was also charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle, driving while suspended and failure to notify the Division of Motor Vehicles of a change of address. 
  • Cynthia M. Deschene, 33, of Plainsboro, was charged with driving while intoxicated following a motor vehicle stop for failure to maintain lane on Plainsboro Road at 10:30 p.m. June 2. She was also issued summonses for failure to maintain lane, reckless driving and driving while intoxicated in a school zone. 
