Philip C. Coad, 50, of Monroe, was charged with being a fugitive from justice after he was stopped by police on Dey Road at 9:22 a.m. June 8. A random computer inquiry showed that he had an outstanding fugitive warrant for a parole violation, issued by the Bucks County, Pennsylvania, Sheriff’s Office, stemming from a previous driving under the influence charge. He was taken to the Middlesex County Correctional Center to await extradition to Bucks County.
Dorian A. Cornejo, 26, of Plainsboro, was charged with possession of a hypodermic needle, riding a bicycle after dark with no lights and riding a bicycle with no audible signal after he was stopped by police at 4 a.m. June 11 on Plainsboro Road for riding a bicycle after dark with no lights on it. He was also found to have an outstanding warrant for $1,671 from Plainsboro Municipal Court and one for $200 from Trenton Municipal Court. He was taken to the Middlesex County Adult Correctional Facility on the warrants.
