The East Windsor Township Police Department initiated the following police reports through Wednesday, June 8, 2016.
Joseph N. Francois, 21, of Marlboro, N.J., was charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to wear a seatbelt and possession of drugs in a motor vehicleafter being stopped at 5:03 p.m. June 3 on Dutch Neck Road.
An officer observed a driver operating a vehicle without a seatbelt and conducted a motor vehicle stop on Dutch Neck Road near Route 130. Further investigation revealed that the driver was in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Mr. Francois was arrested and later released pending court action.
Sandra L. Gomez, 53, of East Windsor, was charged with DUI, refusal to submit to breath testing, reckless driving, careless driving and having a suspended driver’s license after being stopped at 8:40 p.m. June 3 in the parking lot of the Bottle King.
An officer responded to the Bottle King parking lot to check on a vehicle occupied by a female asleep behind the wheel. While speaking with the driver, the officer detected the odor of an alcoholic beverage. Ms. Gomez was given field sobriety tests and arrested for DUI. She was later released pending court action.
Victoria A. Guralnik, 18, of West Windsor, was charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after being stopped at 2:45 p.m. June 4 on Route 133.
An officer observed a vehicle speeding and conducted a motor vehicle stop on Route 133 near Route 130. Further investigation revealed that the passenger was in possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Ms. Guralnik was arrested and later released pending court action.
The Hightstown Police Department initiated the following police reports through Monday, June 13, 2016.
Miguel A. Regato, 45, of East Windsor, was arrested June 6 after he turned himself in at headquarters for an outstanding warrant out of Hightstown Municipal Court. Mr. Regato was escorted to the processing room, processed, and later released after posting bail.
Jose Lopez, 29, from the 200 block of Stockton Street, was arrested June 7 after he turned himself in at headquarters for an outstanding warrant out of Hightstown Municipal Court. Mr. Lopez was escorted to the processing room, processed, and later transported to Mercer County Adult Correctional Facility after he could not post bail.
Neil R. Purcell, 30, of East Windsor, was arrested June 9 after he turned himself in at headquarters for an outstanding warrant out of Hightstown Municipal Court. Mr. Purcell was escorted to the processing room, processed, and later released after posting bail.
Jason F. Clavijo, 20, of East Windsor, was arrested June 11 during a motor vehicle accident investigation for DWI. Mr. Clavijo was transported to headquarters, processed and later released pending court.
Steven L. Quizhpi-Gomez, 20, from the 100 block of Hauser Avenue, was arrested June 12 after he turned himself in at headquarters for two outstanding warrants out of Hightstown Municipal Court. Mr. Quizhpi-Gomez was escorted to the processing room, processed, and later released after posting bail.
Kubilay M. Erzene, 23, of Bordentown and Ralph R. Silvestri, 26, of Poughquag, NY, were both arrested June 13 during a motor vehicle stop for possession of marijuana. Both men were transported to headquarters, processed and later released pending court.
James A. Boyd Jr., 38, from the 100 block of Broad Street, was arrested June 13 during a motor vehicle stop for two outstanding warrants out of Neptune City and Asbury Park Municipal Courts. Mr. Boyd Jr. was transported to headquarters, processed and later released after posting bail for the warrant out of Asbury Park and being ROR’ed for the Neptune City warrant.
