Elsie Horton Mueller, 97 of Monroe Twp. died Wednesday June 15th at the Monroe Village Health Care Center, Monroe Twp.
Born in Boston, New York, Mrs. Mueller lived in Malvern (Long Island), New York and the Concordia Community in Monroe Twp. for 20 years until moving to the Monroe Village Community in 2008.
She was employed for 25 years for the Bell Telephone Company (A.T.& T.), Manhattan, New York, retiring in 1974 as a Job Evaluator in the Personnel Department.
Mrs. Mueller was a very active congregant of the Cranbury United Methodist Church, Cranbury, N.J.
She was a member of the Cranbury Lions Club and the Methodist Women.
She was predeceased by her first husband Merle Horton in 1959, her second husband Helmut Mueller in 1982 and her brother Alton Trevett.
Surviving are her daughter Kaetra Pletenyik of Jamesburg and her sister Shirley White of Lima, N.Y.
A memorial service for Mrs. Mueller will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday July 9, 2016 at Monroe Village.
